Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management with an emphasis on Enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce and/or Gainsight).
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Commitment to impacting acute and post-acute care markets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver joint customer success plans to grow client relationships and drive business alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership by providing strategic guidance.
  • Leverage company success methodology to anticipate customer challenges and provide solutions.
  • Develop turnaround strategies and save plans for at-risk accounts to mitigate churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to demonstrate platform value and ensure customer health.
