Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 10 years of related accounting experience.
- 4 years of hands-on management experience, including hiring, training, and developing teams.
- Proven ability to attract, build, and retain high-performance teams.
- Experience developing strong remote team relationships.
- Commitment to follow established company policies and procedures.
- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Enterprise and Online), Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and HubDoc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Oversee client onboarding for all assigned engagements.
- Implement technology tools to drive efficiency and client value.
- Coach and mentor team members, monitoring performance and quality of work.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives.
- Partner with talent acquisition to hire and train new remote accountants.
- Balance team workflow and capacity to maintain client budgets and profit margins.
