Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or training content development.
  • Strong experience managing the full instructional design lifecycle from analysis through evaluation.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design e-learning, blended learning, video-based content, and performance support tools.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, SCORM packages, and content publishing workflows.
  • Strong communication, writing, and visual design skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex operational and technical concepts into clear, practical learning content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle, including needs analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and continuous optimization of learning programs.
  • Define and maintain instructional design standards, governance frameworks, templates, and accessibility guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability of learning assets.
  • Translate complex business processes, systems, and policies into clear, role-based learning solutions across digital, blended, and instructor-led formats.
  • Serve as a strategic learning consultant to stakeholders, identifying performance gaps and recommending effective training approaches aligned with business goals.
  • Lead design and development of onboarding, systems training, operational rollouts, compliance programs, and enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Manage LMS publishing, content organization, quality assurance, and learning asset maintenance to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve learning experiences based on insights.
  • Support enterprise initiatives by developing learning materials for high-visibility programs, workshops, and organizational events.
