- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define positioning and narrative
- Experience leading product launches and driving cross-functional GTM execution
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience delivering demos
- AI-first mindset with demonstrated ability to use AI tools for productivity
- Experience in DXP, CMS, PaaS, or open-source software environments preferred
- Familiarity with developer relations or technical marketing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging for cloud platform and Drupal solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear value narratives and GTM assets
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including messaging development, sales enablement, and field readiness
- Manage feature-release marketing across the platform portfolio
- Develop competitive positioning and GTM plays by translating market intelligence into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with technical and evangelist teams to align content strategy
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials grounded in value-based selling frameworks
- Present and demo solutions to internal stakeholders, customers, and external audiences
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Community teams
