- Demonstrated Drupal experience (must have built on it, marketed it, or worked deeply with the community).
- Exceptional program management and leadership skills to run complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience in competitive positioning and displacement wins in technical B2B sectors (CMS, DXP, or infrastructure).
- Strong strategic mindset for technical B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in AI-driven workflows to automate and accelerate tasks.
- Strong presentation and demo skills for live technical audiences and analysts.
- Experience with value selling and technical buyer personas (performance, security, TCO).
- Experience in analyst relations.
- Excellent writing skills tailored for both practitioners and executives.
Responsibilities
- Own the solution GTM for platform and Drupal offerings, including positioning, messaging, and sales plays.
- Develop and manage content and narratives for the Drupal community, technical buyers, and sales field.
- Execute competitive GTM strategies to win displacement deals and drive cross-sell activity.
- Lead end-to-end product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Demand Gen.
- Build technical-buyer narratives and TCO tools for CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to set value-selling messaging and verify adoption.
- Manage and mentor a Product Marketing Manager and partner with the Drupal Evangelist.
