- Access to a desktop/laptop and stable internet connection
- Availability for 4 months starting May 2026
- Ability to speak and understand Hindi and English
- Commitment of 2-3 hours per week (1 hour weekday, 1 hour weekend)
- Flexibility and ability for quick ramp-up
Responsibilities
- Step in as session facilitator when a primary mentor is unavailable
- Build familiarity with the LMS curriculum to cover sessions confidently
- Stay briefed on session plans and student progress for assigned cohorts
- Attend orientation and occasional training sessions
- Maintain close communication with Program Coordinator
- Scale into an active mentor role as the program and cohorts grow
