Experience: 8+ years

Requirements

8+ years of CPIC experience.
Bachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree).
Strong knowledge of OMB A-11.
Experience mentoring analysts and leading gate review preparation.
Ability to determine course of action to resolve various Capital Planning issues.
Ability to understand federal customer needs and set team priorities.
Familiarity with FBC business case structures and portfolio data call requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface with federal Capital Planning leadership.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and quality of Business Cases (OMB300 equivalents), EVM reports, AAR submissions, and Investment Manager support.
Ensure project alignment with OMB guidance, IT governance processes, and Investment lifecycle activities.
Manage Strategic Planning, Budget Formulation, Spend Planning, and Investment baselines.
Mentor analysts and provide leadership for gate review preparation.
Determine courses of action to resolve Capital Planning issues within a fast-paced environment.
