Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or MLOps.
- Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle tooling such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI Pipelines.
- Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure, specifically Kubernetes and containerization.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Fluency in designing and maintaining automated build, test, and deployment CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid programming skills in Python or Go.
- Experience supporting PyTorch-based production systems.
- Understanding of infrastructure security, IAM, secrets management, and operational risk.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the ML lifecycle platform including experiment tracking, model registry, and artifact management.
- Own CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines for moving models from notebooks to production.
- Ensure model observability, reliability, latency monitoring, and drift detection.
- Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and codify infrastructure using Terraform.
- Implement infrastructure-level governance including access controls and deployment policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and define repeatable MLOps practices.
