Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in a Senior or Lead role.
- Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems in production environments.
- Expertise with one or more of the following: Rust, Go, C++, or similar system-level programming languages.
- Strong background in Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges at scale.
- Must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize high-performance, distributed systems central to our core platform.
- Develop reliable services using modern programming languages and technologies, integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions and influence engineering best practices.
- Solve challenging problems related to scalability, system performance, and high availability in complex, distributed environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous technical improvement.
