Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology.
- Deep expertise in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and experience enabling AI initiatives within enterprise HR systems.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools such as Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
- Professional proficiency in English for global communications.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.
- Partner with HR leaders to architect high-impact AI and automation use cases to streamline processes.
- Support and optimize HR business processes through system configuration and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
- Drive operational efficiency using Workday reporting tools including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise on Workday capabilities, analytics, and solution architecture.
