Requirements
- College diploma or degree.
- 4-6 years of related experience in clinical research.
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
- Ability to regularly travel to clinical sites.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SOPs and GCP best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage, deliver and perform full clinical site monitoring services for projects of varying complexity.
- Design and oversee project monitoring services, including training, site recruitment, and regulatory filings.
- Act as a Lead CRA to provide primary liaison between CRAs and project teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and coach for peers and site staff.
- Identify and recruit site investigators and coordinate the delivery of trial materials.
- Oversee study integrity and maintain positive working relationships with site staff.
- Ensure site compliance with project-specific training and GCP best practices.
