Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow).
- Ability to analyze complex planning workflows and portfolio experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspectives on topics including project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning.
- Assess and respond to complex planning and PMO scenarios like governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams understand the application of governance frameworks.
