Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Strong ability to analyze and explain complex planning workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Possession of a PayPal account for payment.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspective on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Apply real-world experience to assess PMO scenarios such as governance cycles and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews as a subject matter expert.
- Provide informed feedback on planning and portfolio management tools and workflows.
- Contribute expertise to research teams regarding planning tool usage and governance frameworks.
