Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Professional background in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Expertise in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms like Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze complex planning workflows and provide nuanced expert insight.
- Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Access to a PayPal account for receiving payments.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on topics such as project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning.
- Assess and respond to PMO scenarios, including governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on planning and portfolio management tools and workflows.
- Contribute subject matter expertise on operational frameworks and tool evaluation.
