Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze and explain complex planning workflows and portfolio experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning processes.
- Assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios including programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to share domain expertise.
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
- Contribute subject matter expertise on how Operations and PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
