Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Background in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Expertise in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze and draw from complex planning workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Attention to detail in responding to professional governance and planning topics.
- Completion of a 10- to 15-minute skills assessment test.
- Ability to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Access to a PayPal account for payment.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspectives on project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning processes.
- Assess and respond to complex planning and PMO scenarios such as governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand how Operations and PMO functions utilize governance frameworks.
