Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Deep background in areas such as project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow).
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Strong analytical skills to draw on complex planning workflows to answer research questions.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- A PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on topics such as project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning.
- Apply real-world experience to assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios like capacity reviews and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to share domain expertise.
- Provide feedback on planning and portfolio management platforms used in operations and PMO contexts.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams evaluate planning tools and governance frameworks.
