Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to draw on complex planning workflows and portfolio experience to answer research questions.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Access to a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspectives on project prioritization, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning processes.
- Apply real-world experience to assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand governance frameworks.
