Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Possession of a PayPal account for receiving payments.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspective on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Assess and respond to complex planning and PMO scenarios including budget forecasting and milestone escalations.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to provide deep domain insight.
- Provide informed feedback on planning tools, workflows, and process governance.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand tool and framework usage.
