Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or fast-paced environments
  • Experience in Omnichannel/retail / Consumer Experience / digital projects is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven environments
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proactiveness and flexibility in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Omnichannel projects, supporting the rollout of retail and digital solutions across markets
  • Work closely with local markets to support the implementation of a new retail solution
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and optimize consumer experience
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain Launch Plans and project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT)
  • Track deliverables, risks, and budget performance, in collaboration with the PMO function
  • Support Operating Budget planning and monitor actuals vs forecast
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure market alignment
