Requirements
- 5–8+ years in data science/analytics.
- ≥2 years building and shipping data products.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark).
- Experience with event-driven architecture and streaming pipelines (e.g., Apache Flink).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, including star schemas and metric certification.
- Competency in MLOps, including feature stores, model monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Experience with experimentation design, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product and pricing decisions with data.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, identity/auth, fintech, or messaging/telecom preferred.
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements like GDPR/CCPA.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a real-time Customer ROI Engine to calculate business impact metrics.
- Build granular unit economics visibility to inform pricing intelligence and margin contribution.
- Develop predictive models for optimal channel routing and fallback effectiveness.
- Define canonical event schemas and implement data quality infrastructure.
- Ship production ML systems for conversion propensity, fraud detection, and time-to-verify prediction.
- Develop and monetize data products such as verification intelligence suites and fraud protection packages.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to embed data into business decisions.
