- Proven track record of improving organic search performance.
- Strong experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience optimizing website content and structure for search engines and users.
- Familiarity with local SEO and multi-location business optimization.
- Knowledge and experience using AI tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis across multiple regions.
- Optimize website and shop microsites using SEO best practices, metadata, and structured content.
- Develop scalable on-page content strategies tailored to local markets, including French-language optimization.
- Execute technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, crawlability improvements, and performance optimization.
- Develop and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building and backlink acquisition.
- Optimize and manage local listings, such as Google Business Profiles, to improve local visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights.
- Support and execute SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, for shops across Canada.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and maintain the company intranet.
