Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
- Experience in product-driven companies with a focus on retention, conversion, and UX.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs or AI tools into production applications.
- Proven track record of shipping features focused on business metrics.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Commercial backend development experience using NestJS.
- Strong frontend experience with React and Next.js.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization.
- Experience working with MongoDB at scale (100M+ documents).
- Experience with RabbitMQ and a deep understanding of HTTP/1.1 protocol.
- Experience refactoring legacy codebases and using Git.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end, from writing specifications to shipping and monitoring metrics.
- Collaborate directly with product leadership without project management intermediaries.
- Manage and supervise AI-agent workflows for code reviews, testing, and boilerplate generation.
- Ensure production health by maintaining test coverage, minimizing bugs, and managing long-term codebase stability.
- Optimize development speed by tracking and improving metrics like lead time and agent cycle time.
- Evaluate feature requests and push back on work that does not align with business KPIs.
