Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS Experience.
  • 0-2 years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, or Business Development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
  • Comfort in public speaking and presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in professional writing and/or basic copywriting skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude to assist users with software.
  • Experience working with or ability to learn various CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using data/analytics tools to measure impact and develop new projects.

Responsibilities

  • Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing affiliate recruitment strategies.
  • Prospect and identify an ongoing targeted list of potential affiliates.
  • Create personalized strategies for existing affiliate quarterly goals and targets.
  • Orchestrate existing and prospective affiliate landing pages and pre-defined affiliate offers.
  • Support company-wide marketing strategy and align affiliate department activities.
  • Source out-of-box affiliate opportunities to develop HighLevel's presence.
  • Attend and optimize opportunities at in-person industry events and conferences.
  • Analyze data to plan department work and justify results of experiments.
  • Drive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
