Requirements
- Strong C++ proficiency with experience reading and modifying large, unfamiliar codebases.
- Demonstrated experience shipping or contributing to a browser-engine patch, fork, or stealth tool (Chromium, Firefox, camoufox, or similar).
- Deep understanding of browser fingerprinting and how to spoof it at the implementation level.
- Hands-on experience with Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) and headless/headful automation internals.
- Ability to work with build systems like gn and ninja.
- Experience with reverse engineering and debugging system behavior.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation.
- Self-directed and able to define and prioritize technical problems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve our in-house patched-browser cloud and its per-OS fingerprint profiles.
- Patch browser engine implementations for navigator, WebGL, canvas, fonts, and Client Hints.
- Eliminate Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) signals that leak automation status.
- Align geolocation, timezone, and locale settings for consistent browser fingerprinting.
- Investigate and resolve browser detection/blocking at the engine level.
- Write harnesses to test and validate evasions to prevent regressions.
