Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine.
- Board-Certification in Critical Care Medicine preferred.
- ACLS Certification.
- Ability to obtain a state Medical License in service geographies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute and critical care skills.
- Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring.
- Proficiency in computer documentation and navigation.
- Reliable high-speed home internet.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to present information effectively to providers, managers, and clients.
- Ideally reside in a compact state.
Responsibilities
- Manage ventilators and titrate vasoactive infusions for critically ill patients.
- Communicate effectively with patient care teams and physicians.
- Treat medical and surgical critically ill patients.
- Conduct proactive rounding with bedside teams to prevent clinical deterioration.
- Access and utilize EMR, patient records, and decision support tools.
