Experience: 3+ years

Requirements

Multi-State RN Licensure
3+ years of case management experience in inpatient and ED settings
3+ years of experience in InterQual
3+ years of experience in MCG
Must be qualified to lead program independently

Responsibilities

Guide ED admission decisions using MCG or interqual as needed based on insurance criteria.
Review observation patients on the medical floor to determine whether they meet inpatient criteria.
Be available in the ER for any further questions.
Work with local hospitalist + Tele UM if needed.
Perform daily review of observation patients + ER as requested for AM shifts.
Review any new admits + ER as requested for PM shifts.
