Requirements
- Experience with POS systems, specifically Micros POS and Fidelio.
- Proven background in financial accounting or auditing roles.
- Ability to manage complex end-of-day financial reconciliation processes.
- Strong attention to detail for managing daily cash audits and currency exchange.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative record-keeping.
- Excellent guest service skills for front desk interactions.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front office management.
- Capacity to work independently during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Post gaming revenues, prizes, gratuities, discounts, and shipboard credits to guest accounts.
- Execute End of Day processes including financial reports, income audits, and integrity checks between Micros POS and Fidelio.
- Manage safe audits, foreign currency exchange services, and cash advances for guests.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and embarkation/debarkation duties.
- Log and resolve guest issues, perform data entry for comment cards, and maintain front office documentation.
- Prepare income audit papers for department heads and the Chief Purser.
