Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven organic growth track record.
- Agency experience managing SEO for multiple clients.
- Proven leadership experience managing people and teams.
- Advanced capabilities in keyword research, mapping, and website architecture.
- Expert-level knowledge of on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO.
- Strong technical aptitude to diagnose and resolve complex SEO issues independently.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
- Experience working with Webflow and WordPress platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced keyword research and develop comprehensive keyword mapping strategies.
- Design and optimize website architecture for maximum SEO performance.
- Perform technical audits to diagnose and resolve issues like crawl errors and site speed.
- Develop and execute strategic link-building plans and instruct link builders.
- Optimize Google Business Profile listings and manage local search signals.
- Collaborate with developers and copywriters to implement SEO strategies.
