Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English (native or top-tier fluency).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content.
  • Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently.
  • Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to operate independently as a one-person content engine.
  • Background in baby, parenting, kids, or lifestyle niches (preferred).
  • Experience with D2C e-commerce or subscription box brands (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the US parent audience tone and sensibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality short-form video and image content for Instagram.
  • Develop and maintain a full social content calendar end-to-end.
  • Write on-brand captions, select thumbnails, and manage all scheduling.
  • Source and manage relationships with influencers and UGC contributors.
  • Repurpose and organize creator content across social channels.
  • Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate based on audience resonance.
