Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (native or top-tier fluency).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands.
- Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content.
- Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently.
- Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace).
- Ability to operate independently as a one-person content engine.
- Background in baby, parenting, kids, or lifestyle niches (preferred).
- Experience with D2C e-commerce or subscription box brands (preferred).
- Familiarity with the US parent audience tone and sensibility (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality short-form video and image content for Instagram.
- Develop and maintain a full social content calendar end-to-end.
- Write on-brand captions, select thumbnails, and manage all scheduling.
- Source and manage relationships with influencers and UGC contributors.
- Repurpose and organize creator content across social channels.
- Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building.
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on audience resonance.
