Requirements
- Track record of putting models into production alongside Data Scientists (classic ML, LLM/GenAI, or both).
- Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle: real-time serving, feature stores, autoscaling, and blue/green deployments.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands-on GCP experience, specifically Vertex AI, Kubeflow pipelines, and BigQuery (or equivalent cloud fluency).
- Solid CI/CD and production-monitoring experience (model registries, versioning, drift detection, automated retraining).
- Conversational-level English language skills.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability tooling, or RAG systems in production (preferred).
- Experience defining MLOps standards across multiple teams (preferred).
- Exposure to cost and latency management for GenAI systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Productionize machine learning models from prototype to production in partnership with Data Scientists.
- Manage real-time model serving against SLAs.
- Develop and maintain a standardized CI/CD path to production.
- Deploy and manage GenAI and RAG systems.
- Implement monitoring infrastructure for model drift, quality degradation, and automated retraining.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Platform, and Engineering teams to define MLOps standards.
- Advocate for Data Science needs across the organization.
