Job Details

5+ years of experience in QA or quality engineering, ideally in fintech, trading, or brokerage.
Strong product thinking with the ability to analyze user workflows, business impact, and quality risks.
Experience testing across infrastructure (k8s), front-end (mobile or web), and back-end (API) surfaces.
Working familiarity with Go-based back-end services, Flutter mobile front-ends, RESTful APIs, and micro-services architecture.
Proficiency with test automation concepts, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking, version control, and data validation (SQL/NoSQL/Kafka).
Ability to critically evaluate and shape automation strategy.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Highly adaptable with the ability to deliver under pressure.
Must be able to work core hours aligned with the UAE region.

Take ownership of mission-critical, time-sensitive work, often at short notice with limited planning time.
Drive problem analysis, risk assessment, and resolution for complex product areas.
Build and deepen functional expertise across Core Platform domains (Onboarding, Payments, PSP, Trading, Loyalty, Operations).
Act as a subject matter expert on product behavior and quality risk for cross-functional engineering, product, and operations teams.
Evaluate and shape the automation strategy, ensuring coverage targets high-risk, business-critical paths.
Provide hands-on testing support across front-end (mobile/web) and back-end surfaces, performance, and security.
