Requirements
- About 5 years+ of Backend QA testing.
- Full cycle Automation testing from designing tests, developing scripts and execution.
- Experience testing Backend services such as APIs, Databases, distributed services (non-monolithic).
- Knowledge in Java and Linux - Able to write code & review code.
- Experience in Java unit testing.
- Good test analysis and test method design ability to solve complex quality problems.
- Basic technical knowledge related to computers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members (Developers, Product Managers) to develop, test and deliver high quality products.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured Automation test plans and test cases.
- Prevent, analyse and track product defects, performing root cause analysis.
- Conduct hands-on automation and slight manual investigation and reproduction of functional backend software issues.
- Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features including defining requirements, behavior and impact.
