Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Software QA engineering.
- Strong knowledge of software QA automation methodologies, backend testing, automation frameworks, and design processes.
- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on coding and script-writing capability (Java preferred).
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to identify and address underlying software quality issues.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- User-focused mindset with logical thinking capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Prior knowledge in blockchain and exchange-related domains is highly advantageous.
- Experience in functional testing for web and mobile applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, comprehensive automation test cases and deliver high-quality products in collaboration with developers, product managers, and partners.
- Prevent, analyze, and track product defects while performing root cause analysis of test script failures.
- Conduct hands-on manual investigation and reproduction of functional backend software issues.
- Identify test script deficiencies and develop solutions to increase scripted coverage.
- Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features, including defining requirements, expected behavior, and impact.
- Design and document test scenarios for all functional and automation testing activities.
- Stay current with latest technologies to consistently enhance the team's testing processes, methodologies, and efficiency.
