Requirements
- Licensed physician (OB/GYN, General Practitioner, or Family Medicine).
- Qualified to practice in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Japan.
- Located in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Japan.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- 2+ years of experience in telehealth.
- Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
- Passionate about women’s, reproductive, and family health.
- Ability to provide direct member care for at least 2 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
- Address clinical needs including birth control, fertility counseling, menopause, and common infections.
- Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management system, MPractice.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to facilitate in-person referrals and follow-ups.
- Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, providing culturally humble and evidence-based care.
