Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology.
  • Strong track record of managing high-impact, strategic growth projects from concept through execution.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to track, manage, and optimise multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into executable projects.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as expansion, economics, marketing, or product.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and operate effectively in a remote, global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or real-world blockchain use cases (preferred).
  • Experience operating in fast-growing or unstructured environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners, ensuring alignment between partner objectives and Tether’s strategic priorities.
  • Design and execute high-impact growth projects in collaboration with blockchain partners to drive adoption of Tether assets through real-world use cases.
  • Think strategically about how Tether can work with blockchain ecosystems to create scalable, sustainable projects that expand asset usage and circulation.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Track, manage, and report on project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness, ensuring initiatives deliver against defined objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, project structure, and partner outcomes.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking initiative to identify new opportunities and drive them forward.
  • Support internal leadership with clear updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance.
