  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Curiosity and comfort with technology, including willingness to learn AI tools, ATS platforms, and productivity software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Genuine interest in recruiting, HR operations, or people-focused work.
  • Prior internship or experience in HR, recruiting, or client-facing roles (nice-to-have).
  • Hands-on use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude (nice-to-have).
  • Exposure to an ATS or CRM platform (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple open requisitions, managing candidate communications and interviewer calendars.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
  • Draft and send candidate-facing communications including confirmations, scheduling requests, and status updates.
  • Assist with sourcing support, including LinkedIn Recruiter searches and outreach sequencing.
  • Research and compile sourcing lists for active requisitions.
  • Maintain and organize recruiting documentation like job descriptions, offer letter templates, and process SOPs.
  • Support onboarding coordination, including paperwork tracking and first-day logistics.
  • Identify manual TA workflows for potential AI-driven automation and assist with AI tool testing and prompt drafting.
