Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration, or an engineering firm.
- Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant including vice presidents, plant engineers, and OEM machine builders.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Operations Management (preferred).
- Additional business-related degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead account strategy and engage extended teams for assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the customer organization.
- Execute the sales process, including growth planning, pipeline management, and opportunity closure.
- Collaborate with North America OEM segment leaders and regional industry managers.
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate solution design and value propositions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, discounts, and allowances.
- Maintain accurate funnel data in the Customer Relationship Management system.
