Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration, or an engineering firm.
  • Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant including vice presidents, plant engineers, and OEM machine builders.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Operations Management (preferred).
  • Additional business-related degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead account strategy and engage extended teams for assigned accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the customer organization.
  • Execute the sales process, including growth planning, pipeline management, and opportunity closure.
  • Collaborate with North America OEM segment leaders and regional industry managers.
  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate solution design and value propositions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, discounts, and allowances.
  • Maintain accurate funnel data in the Customer Relationship Management system.
