Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, product, or a related field.
  • Proven experience selling and building account plans.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience tracking account performance, analyzing data, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading, collaborating, and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of the brand, products, services, and industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to present to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Understanding of retail math and key retail metrics.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
  • Ability to lift boxes, bags, or packages upwards of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Reebok brand internally and externally.
  • Build and execute account strategies to grow brand elevation and profitability.
  • Achieve or exceed footwear sales targets by driving performance in line with brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Own the end-to-end seasonal sell-in process, projections, and orderbook management.
  • Analyze sales data to capitalize on opportunities, adjust plans, and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate resolution of customer compliance matters including charge-backs and shipping violations.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing and product teams to enhance brand presence and product needs.
