Requirements
- Demonstrated history of building and driving significant projects such as agents, automations, tools, or products.
- Hands-on depth with agentic and AI engineering, including LLMs, agent frameworks, memory, and orchestration.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and at least one real coding language (JS, Python, or TS).
- Proven experience in GTM engineering or automation using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Ability to reason about business and user needs alongside technical implementation.
- Intellectual honesty and ability to perform root-cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to defend technical thinking and engage in direct, professional debate.
- Familiarity with martech or sales-tech including CRMs, tracking, email systems, and payment platforms.
- Capacity to document assumptions and work independently from one-line briefs.
Responsibilities
- Deconstruct messy real-world workflows into underlying steps and build automated systems to run them.
- Develop agentic systems including agents, internal tools, data pipelines, and reporting/attribution frameworks.
- Build complex products and internal platforms by making technical build-vs-buy-vs-reuse decisions.
- Manage technical plumbing including integrations, data modeling, tracking, and system reliability.
- Analyze business funnel and product performance to identify and resolve root causes of technical or operational issues.
