Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in IT, Technology, or IT Operations.
- Deep background in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or Enterprise Service Management.
- Current or recent hands-on use of an ITSM or ESM platform such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, or Moveworks.
- Experience as a decision maker or key stakeholder for ITSM/ESM platform selection, implementation, or management.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail regarding IT policy and compliance topics.
- Ability to complete one hour of uninterrupted work for paid tasks.
- Possession of a PayPal account for payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on internal ticketing, service requests, IT policy, and operations processes.
- Assess IT and service management scenarios including incident escalation, ticket triage, and onboarding.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to share domain expertise.
- Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to ITSM/ESM platforms.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams understand IT service management platform evaluation.
