Requirements
- Strong SQL skills and extensive experience with analytical data modeling.
- Hands-on experience working with analytical databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
- Practical experience working with LLMs including ChatGPT, Claude, and OpenAI APIs.
- Demonstrated experience building AI-driven workflows or agent-based systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
- Nice to have: Experience with training or fine-tuning models using historical/labeled data.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with entity resolution, record matching, classification models, and probability scoring.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, dbt, and semantic layers.
- Nice to have: Experience with BigQuery optimization and data governance frameworks.
- Nice to have: Background in finance, brokerage, or fintech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-ready analytical data structures in BigQuery and move business logic into the warehouse.
- Define semantic context, retrieval logic, and validation mechanisms to enable reliable AI-to-data interaction.
- Develop and test AI-driven workflows and multi-agent systems using technologies like ChatGPT and OpenAI APIs.
- Ensure consistency and correctness of business metrics, dimensions, and financial logic within the warehouse.
- Implement data-layer access controls, including row/column-level security and attribute-based access.
- Automate manual data workflows and validation processes using AI-driven agents.
