Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Track record of shipping production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, and Next.js.
- Depth in backend development, database management, and state management.
- Experience building engineer-facing systems like developer tooling, internal platforms, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort working with cloud, containers, and IaC to support tools and platforms.
- Strong programming fundamentals for clean, maintainable, and tested code.
- Ability to debug complex issues across the full stack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
- Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality, scalable software across our core platform.
- Build internal, product-shaped systems such as webhooks, changelogs, eventing, and feature flagging.
- Improve the tools, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce friction and improve iteration speed.
- Contribute to intelligent product capabilities that leverage data, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Create internal APIs, libraries, and frameworks to simplify shipping reliable systems.
- Ship customer-facing product features and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Take ownership of systems and features from concept through production.
- Improve engineering standards, processes, and team culture.
