Job Details

Strong experience in distributed systems design and implementation
Proficiency in Python and/or Golang
Deep experience in Kubernetes (CKA or equivalent preferred)
Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and automation practices
Experience with observability tooling and defining SLIs/SLOs for production systems
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, code review, version control, and debugging
Experience working in high-scale production environments with a focus on reliability and operational excellence
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams
Ability to take ownership, estimate technical scope, manage risks, and deliver complex projects end-to-end

Design, build, and evolve core platform infrastructure supporting large-scale cloud-native data and analytics systems
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment systems in a high-scale PaaS environment
Collaborate across engineering teams to define system architecture, technical standards, and platform strategy
Contribute to reliability engineering practices including incident response, monitoring, and operational excellence
Develop and maintain observability systems including SLIs, SLOs, and performance tracking frameworks
Participate in architectural decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient system design
Improve engineering efficiency by reducing operational toil through automation and tooling
Create clear internal documentation to support platform usability, consistency, and knowledge sharing
Support on-call rotations and ensure platform stability across global production environments
