Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in Workflow Automation across departments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling AI systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
- Experience working with LLMs and GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) in real-world use cases.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend logic.
- Experience building or contributing to RAG pipelines, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on exposure to automation workflows (e.g., n8n or similar tools).
- Working knowledge of NLP or document processing systems.
- Ability to operate across strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience driving cross-functional transformation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate business processes across the organization for AI transformation opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to translate business problems into AI use cases.
- Design and develop AI-powered systems and workflows from prototype to production.
- Drive adoption and influence stakeholders across the company to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Define standards for AI system reliability, quality, hallucination control, and data governance.
- Assess and select appropriate models, tools, and approaches to balance accuracy, cost, and speed.
