Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, specifically owning growth, activation, or retention metrics.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Background in customer success, account management, or field enablement.
  • Experience with B2B2C business models.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers without direct authority.
  • Data-literate: ability to define metrics, interpret results, and pivot strategy accordingly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem definition.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for field visits.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment dealership operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product growth metrics including activation rates, feature adoption, time-to-value, and retention.
  • Identify dealer product journey stalls and build solutions such as onboarding flows, in-app prompts, or new features.
  • Design and execute experiments to improve adoption and prioritize tasks based on metric performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Technical Product Managers to ship growth features.
  • Translate field-level customer feedback and dealership business model insights into actionable product roadmap decisions.
  • Design and build onboarding, education, and activation experiences as core product features.
  • Author dealer-facing product updates and communications.
