7+ years of professional software development experience with progression into senior/lead roles.
1+ years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong foundational knowledge in at least two major programming ecosystems (e.g., .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go).
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP accepted) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Proven ability to conduct thorough code reviews and identify defects in AI-generated output.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
At least 21 years of age.

Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows for code, infrastructure, and test suite production.
Decompose complex requirements into tasks executable by AI agents.
Implement multi-layer verification frameworks and human-in-the-loop governance for AI-generated outputs.
Architect and deliver full-stack applications using AI-First methodologies.
Develop custom MCP servers to integrate internal tools and data with AI agents.
Monitor and optimize agent workflow performance, token consumption, and operational costs.
Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of AI-First SDLC standards.
