Requirements
- Commitment of approximately 5 hours per week
- Ability to work 1-2 hours each week during core team hours (M-F 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. US PT)
- Currently located in the United States
- Commitment to strengthening American Democracy

- Willingness to work with and support other volunteers
Responsibilities
- Run weekly Agile meetings for your own team of Political Data Managers
- Facilitate communication within the team and with other WeVote teams
- Work with individuals to find tasks matching their skill level
- Review team work product and propose efficiency improvements
- Support and track all team member’s OKRs and Key Results
- Adjust schedules and communicate changes in response to project delays
- Provide brief reports on the status of key projects
