Requirements
- 7+ years of technical experience, including 3+ years in ML/AI and 1 year in a consulting capacity.
- Experience building and evaluating agentic loops, including function calling, self-reflection, and reasoning architectures.
- Deep proficiency in the Python AI stack: NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch.
- Experience with LLMOps and agentic monitoring tools (e.g., LangSmith, Braintrust, AgentOps).
- Proven track record building solutions with Vertex AI, OpenAI API, and vector databases.
- Strong foundation in probabilistic modeling, Bayesian statistics, and A/B testing for AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Google Cloud: Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
- Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional OR DeepLearning.AI Generative AI Specialization.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Machine Learning/Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows using Google AI SDK, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Build cloud-native AI solutions leveraging Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker for scalable infrastructure.
- Apply statistical evaluation frameworks, including uncertainty estimation and hypothesis testing for model optimization.
- Develop custom predictive and deep learning models using PyTorch and Scikit-Learn.
- Design generative models for NLP and multimodal tasks using tools like OpenCV and Stable Diffusion concepts.
- Champion MLOps practices by building validated data pipelines and CI/CD/CT workflows with Kubeflow and Vertex AI.
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into technical AI/ML solutions.
