Requirements

  • 10-17 years of experience in a combination of Analyst Relations and Competitive Intelligence in the cybersecurity or identity and access management space.
  • Subject matter expertise in identity and access management (IAM), with experience in IGA, PAM, Access Management, or NHI preferred.
  • Proven experience as a team leader or manager.
  • Experience managing Analyst Relations programs and achieving favorable report placements is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and publish in-depth reports, analysis, or strategic content.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with keynote or high-visibility experience.
  • Experience driving large initiatives from problem framing and research to execution and business planning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work with senior executives across various geographies.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the industry strategy team, including Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence, and Industry Standards.
  • Manage all operations, P&L, planning, and performance management for the industry strategy team.
  • Research, write, and present identity and access management content to provide actionable recommendations to field teams, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
  • Drive content for Analyst Relations programs, including briefings and report submissions for Gartner MQs and Forrester Waves.
  • Establish and lead a Competitive Intelligence program, delivering analysis and sales enablement tools.
  • Author, edit, and publish thought leadership reports and competitive analysis papers.
  • Deliver keynotes and presentations representing Saviynt's strategy and vision to a global audience.
  • Influence key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and go-to-market initiatives.
